SPECIFIC DISORDERS IN LEARNING ABILITIES - FEATURES, EVENTS , DIAGNOSTIC CRITERIA (ASSESSMENT PROTOCOLS)

Abstract

Individuals with specific disorders of learning ability is there at all times, at all social levels and races. Psychologists , speech therapists , nurses, teachers , and parents of children taiva continue their efforts to penetrate the nature of dyslexia and offer methods by which to increase the academic and social success of individuals , carriers of these disorders.

In recent years there has been too much attention to the specific violations of the ability to learn a few basic reasons. They are related to the fact that in our time are increasingly paying attention to school performance because of the importance of training for the realization of the individual. Moreover, the global number of children attending school and interested in their own progress is increasing . The reason for the increased interest is also evidence that some emotional problems in adolescence are associated with school difficulties in a lower age.
